Who We Are
Building Exceptional Homes with Integrity, Craftsmanship, and Care
For more than four decades, Loomis Construction has been helping homeowners throughout East Tennessee create homes that are thoughtfully designed, expertly built, and made to stand the test of time. As a family-owned company, we've built our reputation on honesty, quality workmanship, and the lasting relationships we've formed with the families we serve.
We understand that building or renovating a home is one of life's biggest investments. That's why we believe every project deserves personalized attention, open communication, and a commitment to excellence from start to finish. Whether you're creating a custom home, transforming an existing residence, or updating a single space, our experienced team is dedicated to making the process enjoyable, transparent, and rewarding.
Decades of Excellence
A Legacy Built on Experience
Loomis Construction brings over 100 years of combined industry experience, delivering exceptional craftsmanship and personalized service on every project. Led by Ken Loomis, a licensed General Contractor and Master Electrician, the company has built custom homes throughout Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee with a commitment to quality, integrity, and lasting value.
Ken began his career in construction at just 14 years old, working in his family's electrical business, and has spent more than five decades in the industry. His dedication to excellence earned him the 2010 Builder of the Year award, and he also served as Past President of the Home Builders Association of Sevier County. Today, that same commitment continues to shape every home and renovation the team completes.
